About Us
Our Founders
Marc & Lydia Buchheit have been in ministry since 1982. They are committed to sharing their years of experience as a resource to assist others who may be just starting out or wanting to expand in ministry. Their experience includes:
-- Operating a homeless shelter, and community resource center
--Ran a community food bank serving 200 families each week
-- Running community Christmas and Thanksgiving meals for over 2000 attendees
--Children's leaders for 15 years
--Established and trained staff for 64 healing rooms all over the PNW
--Ordained many spiritual leaders
--Pastoral counseling, prophetic ministry,life coaching, chaplains
--Missionary trips to the nations
--Speakers to churches, home groups, conferences, ministry schools
--Birthed, and ministered in the Shelton Healing rooms for over 18 years
Our History
Healing the Northwest (HTNW) has been in operation since 2000 and is located in Shelton, Washington in the beautiful Pacific Northwest.
It started as a location for community members to join together from various churches to pray for our community. We added "Healing Rooms" where people could come and receive prayer by teams for physical, mental and emotional healing. Our staff would speak and minister locally as well as around the state and internationally. HTNW also held conferences 1-2 times a year in our region inviting a variety of ministers to impact our region. In October 2018 we had to relocate and so took a much needed nine month sabbatical. We found a wonderful new building and re-opened in August 2019, at our new location five blocks west from our original building site.

Our vision is to expand the Kingdom of God on earth through assisting people to know and operate in their true identity in Jesus Christ, empowered to live victoriously in this life,

Our team is skilled in ministering Jesus...His love, goodness, grace, joy and healing for all physical, mental or emotional needs.
